E-invoicing is coming. With us it's already here.

For business customers, electronic invoicing is becoming mandatory step by step. Many providers sell you an add-on module for it. SHNY OS produces e-invoices in the XRechnung format to the European standard EN 16931 out of the box, and checks beforehand that every mandatory field is complete. You press one button; the rest happens by itself.

What does SHNY OS cost?

We'll go through that in the first conversation, because setup and scope differ from business to business. You get a clear quote before anything starts, and then you decide in your own time.

Do I need new equipment?

No. SHNY OS runs on the iPhone right at the vehicle and in the browser at your desk. What you have is enough.

Does it work without internet in the shop?

Yes, where it counts: the contract is created on the device itself, even with no signal. As soon as you're back online, everything syncs.

Where is my data held?

In the EU. And every business sees only its own data. The database enforces that, not just the app.

Are the invoices e-invoicing compliant?

Yes. SHNY OS produces e-invoices in the XRechnung format to the European standard EN 16931 and checks in advance that every mandatory field is complete. That has you covered for mandatory e-invoicing with business customers.

Can my team handle it?

The flow walks you through the job step by step; there's nothing to memorise. And the roles are clear: staff can't see payments and can't change prices.
